Natylie Baldwin is the author of The View from Moscow: Understanding Russia and U.S.-Russia Relations, now available on Amazon Kindle, with the print edition available here.  She is also co-author of Ukraine: Zbig’s Grand Chessboard & How the West Was Checkmated, available from Tayen Lane Publishing. In October of 2015, she traveled to 6 cities in the Russian Federation and has written several articles based on her conversations and interviews with a cross-section of Russians.

She traveled to Moscow and St. Petersburg in May of 2017 to view the Victory Day celebrations and to do research on the Russian Revolution and how Russians are commemorating the centennial.

A graduate of Cal State Hayward with a minor in Political Science, her fiction and nonfiction have appeared in various publications including Consortium News, OpEd News, The New York Journal of Books, The Common Line, Santa Fe Sun Monthly, Dissident Voice, Energy Bulletin, Newtopia Magazine, and the Lakeshore. She lives in Portland, Oregon.

  1. In 2017, Natylie will be submitting her first novel to agents and continuing the draft of her second novel, in addition to writing on Russia issues.

    Two novels? I’m excited! (Doubly excited if they deal with Russia!)
