    Between the lines despite Lieven´s as usual extremely cautious lingo and skepticism he, in my (bold) reading, confirms basically everything the NATO-critics have been saying for years. Which is quite remarkable considering the still pervasive anti-RU stance of most papers and TV news in the West.
