SoD Austin initiated the conversation with RU Defense Minister Andrei Belousov. Martyanov of course argues the conversation most likely was not only about the ATACMs but in general RU preponderance on the battlefield.
I don´t know if Martyanov would suggest some form of scant rapprochement? Or at least containment to not let everything get blown up.
