Natylie Baldwin is the author of Understanding Russia and U.S.-Russia Relations: A Primer, forthcoming in Spring of 2019. She is also co-author of Ukraine: Zbig’s Grand Chessboard & How the West Was Checkmated. She has traveled to Russia twice, visiting 6 different cities and interviewing a cross-section of Russians on various issues, including their views of Putin, the economy, US-Russia relations, the Yeltsin era, and the Russian Revolution.
