   I want to take this opportunity, though, to ask about the famous Ukrainian breadbasket. While we are hearing warnings about major food shortages now, are farmers there going to be able to produce the expected output this year, or will they be facing fertilizer problems, fuel problems, etc. Will they be able to meet the needs there in Ukraine, let alone for export?
