To play the role of cynic. The female moderator really lost me when she stated that she had listened to Rachel Maddow every night….US media lost credibility with me with the ‘babies thrown out of incubator’ hoax and continuing with ‘WMD in Iraq’ and Colin Powell’s infamous statement at the UN. When I want to examine current political events, I always find it helpful to listen to how other countries’ journalists portray not just the US but also international events outside the US. A brilliant analysis of the current Russiagate expose is that provided through RT by German historian working out of Turkey, Tarik Cyril Amar.
The female host, Natali Morris, used to be a Hillary Democrat who worked for MSNBC. She has since made a political turn to the right. Her husband, the co-host Clayton Morris, had worked for Fox in the past. Both got disgusted with corporate media and started their own independent media outlet on YouTube called Redacted. It leans conservative.
